Our Products
Woven polypropylene bags engineered to your exact specifications — custom sizes, full-colour printing, lamination, and specialty closures. No off-the-shelf compromises.
Product Overview
Sackora offers full-spectrum customization across every aspect of woven PP bag construction. Choose your exact dimensions (width, length, gusset depth), fabric weight (55–120 GSM), lamination type (PE inner for moisture barrier, BOPP outer for premium print finish), printing (up to 6-colour flexographic with PMS matching), closure method (sewn, heat-sealed, valve-top, pinch-bottom, or draw-cord), and specialty options including PE liners, anti-static treatment, UV stabilization, and food-grade certification. Every specification is engineered around your product and your operation — not pulled from a catalogue.
The custom packaging process starts with a detailed consultation where we understand your product, your equipment, and your goals. From there, we handle artwork preparation, pre-press proofing, production in ISO-certified facilities with rigorous quality control, and freight logistics to your door. At scale, custom bags frequently cost less per unit than buying off-the-shelf and modifying them — because you’re not paying for material you don’t need, and your bags run faster on filling lines designed for their exact dimensions.

Premium BOPP-laminated woven polypropylene bags with photo-quality flexographic printing for consumer-facing products. Ideal for pet food, specialty flour, charcoal, and other retail-shelf products where brand presentation drives purchasing decisions. Full-colour artwork with gloss lamination creates a package that competes visually with any format on the shelf.
Chemical-resistant, anti-static woven PP bags engineered for agrochemicals, fertilizers, industrial compounds, and hazardous materials. Built with regulatory labelling, UN-rated construction where required, and closures designed for automated filling environments. Anti-static treatment prevents spark discharge during filling and handling of combustible powders.
Food-grade certified woven polypropylene bags with PE inner liners for direct food contact applications. Tamper-evident closures, bilingual regulatory printing (English/French for Canada, English/Spanish for US), and barrier properties matched to your product’s shelf-life requirements. Compliant with CFIA and FDA food-contact regulations.
Heavy-duty valve-top and sewn open-mouth bags for cement, tile adhesive, grout, dry-mix plaster, and aggregate products. Fabric weights from 80–120 GSM to handle 25–50 kg fills without tearing or stretching. Compatible with automated high-speed filling lines from major OEMs including Haver & Boecker and Payper.
Woven PP bags designed for international shipping with integrated moisture barriers, bilingual or multilingual labelling, and compliance with destination country packaging regulations. UV-stabilized fabric prevents degradation during extended ocean freight and outdoor storage. Documentation support for USMCA, ISPM-15, and other trade compliance requirements.
White-label packaging for distributors and co-packers who need consistent quality across multiple product lines and brand identities. We maintain separate artwork files and specifications for each SKU, enabling fast changeovers between brands on the same production line. Ideal for companies packaging under multiple private labels or contract-packing for several clients.

Your Custom Order
One point of contact manages your order from first conversation to warehouse delivery.
We start by understanding your product, fill weight, filling equipment, storage conditions, and branding requirements. Based on these details, we recommend the right bag construction — fabric weight, lamination, closure type, and dimensions — optimized for your specific application. If you have an existing bag you want to replicate or improve, send us a sample and we’ll reverse-engineer the specification.
Our team reviews your artwork files for print-readiness across flexographic printing. We advise on colour separation, bleed allowances, registration marks, and font handling to ensure your finished bags match your brand standards. Digital proofs are provided for your approval before plate production begins, so there are no surprises on press.
Your bags are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities with in-line quality control at every stage — from extrusion and weaving through lamination, printing, cutting, and sewing. Drop testing, tensile strength testing, seal integrity checks, and print colour verification are performed on every production run. Defect rates are tracked and reported.
Finished bags are packed on standard pallets and shipped via LTL or full truckload freight with real-time tracking to your facility. For cross-border shipments into Canada or the US, we handle all customs documentation, commercial invoicing, and trade compliance paperwork. Delivery scheduling is coordinated with your receiving team.
After your first order, your account manager maintains your complete specification file for fast repeat orders with no re-quoting required. We manage reorder timing, specification updates when your product changes, and new product line development as your business grows. Your packaging scales with you.
Technical Guide
All custom printed woven polypropylene bags are produced using flexographic printing, the industry standard for high-quality, high-volume packaging graphics. Sackora offers up to 6-colour flexographic printing on one or both sides of the bag, with full PMS (Pantone Matching System) colour accuracy. Print surfaces include unlaminated woven PP for cost-effective industrial applications, and BOPP-laminated surfaces for premium retail-quality graphics with photo-realistic detail and gloss finish.
Ink systems are matched to your application: water-based inks for food-grade and food-contact packaging, and solvent-based inks for industrial and chemical applications where chemical resistance and outdoor durability are priorities. Colour consistency is maintained across production runs through spectrophotometer verification against your approved PMS values.
To ensure the best print results, we require print-ready artwork in PDF or Adobe Illustrator (AI) format at 300 DPI minimum resolution. All fonts must be converted to outlines, and artwork should include 3–5 mm bleed beyond the trim line. Our pre-press team reviews every file before plate production and will flag any issues — low-resolution images, unconverted fonts, insufficient bleed, or colour profiles that won’t translate well to flexographic printing — before costs are incurred.
The closure method you choose affects filling speed, package appearance, tamper evidence, and end-user convenience. Selecting the right closure for your application is one of the most important decisions in custom bag design.
Sewn Open Mouth is the most common and cost-effective closure for woven PP bags. The bag is filled through the open top and then sewn shut with a chain-stitch sewing head, typically integrated into your filling line. It provides a robust, reliable seal suitable for most agricultural, industrial, and construction products. Sewn closures are easy to open with a pull-thread.
Heat-Sealed closures provide a clean, professional appearance and inherent tamper evidence — the seal must be cut or torn to open the bag. Heat sealing is faster than sewing on automated lines, making it ideal for high-throughput operations. It requires PE or BOPP lamination on the sealing surfaces.
Valve-Top bags are filled through a small valve opening using a spout or nozzle, and the valve self-closes under the weight of the product. This closure is ideal for fine powders such as cement, calcium carbonate, and chemical powders, where dust control during filling is critical. No separate closing equipment is needed.
Pinch-Bottom / Block-Bottom bags have a flat, rectangular bottom that allows the bag to stand upright on a shelf or pallet. This closure is primarily used for retail-facing products where presentation matters — pet food, charcoal, specialty grains. The block-bottom format maximizes shelf presence and provides a stable, stackable package.
Draw-Cord closures allow the bag to be opened and re-closed repeatedly, making them suitable for products that are accessed multiple times before the bag is empty — animal feed, garden products, ice melt, and similar consumer or light-commercial applications.
Why Choose Us
Sackora works directly with a network of ISO 9001-certified woven polypropylene manufacturers across Asia, with no brokers or trading companies adding margin between the factory floor and your facility. This direct relationship gives you factory-gate pricing, full visibility into production timelines, and the ability to request custom specifications that middlemen typically cannot accommodate.
A single dedicated account manager handles your order from initial consultation through production, quality inspection, shipping, and delivery. You receive proactive updates at every milestone — artwork approval, production start, QC completion, and shipment tracking — without having to chase status. Timeline management and exception handling are built into every project.
We work with operations of all sizes, from emerging brands placing their first custom order to established manufacturers running continuous replenishment programs. For high-volume buyers, container-load pricing (20’ or 40’ FCL) delivers significant per-unit savings. We help you find the order quantity that balances unit cost against inventory carrying costs for your specific situation.
Our pre-press team has deep expertise in flexographic printing for woven polypropylene substrates — a process with different requirements than digital or offset printing on paper. We manage colour proofing, plate production, and press-ready file preparation to ensure your finished bags match your brand standards from the first unit off the line. This support is included in every custom order at no additional charge.

Yes. We manufacture to your specified dimensions. If you have an existing sample or specification sheet, send it along and we'll match it precisely, including gusset depth and fabric weight.
Yes. For custom printed orders, we produce a pre-production proof for your approval before full production begins. Physical bag samples from the production run are available on request before shipment.
Standard custom orders take 4–6 weeks from artwork approval to delivery at your facility. Factors like printing complexity, lamination, and current production schedules can affect timing. Rush production is sometimes available — ask us when you inquire.
Yes. Send us a physical sample or a detailed specification sheet from your current supplier, and we will reverse-engineer the bag construction — fabric weight, dimensions, lamination, closure, and print specification. We can match it exactly or recommend improvements based on your feedback about the current bag’s performance.
Printing adds a per-bag cost that covers plate production (a one-time setup cost amortized across the run) and ink. For short runs, the plate cost has a noticeable per-unit impact. At higher volumes — typically 25,000 bags and above — the per-unit cost of printing becomes minimal. We recommend requesting quotes for both printed and unprinted options so you can compare directly for your specific order size.
Yes. We manage all customs documentation, commercial invoicing, and trade compliance paperwork for shipments into both Canada and the United States. Our shipments are USMCA-compliant (formerly NAFTA), and we coordinate with customs brokers on both sides of the border to ensure smooth clearance and avoid delays at the port of entry.
Yes. Multiple bag sizes, prints, or configurations can be produced consecutively within the same production run, provided they share the same base fabric weight and weave specification. This is common for customers who need several product-specific bags — for example, different printed designs for different product lines, or the same print in multiple sizes. Each SKU has its own minimum quantity within the combined order.
