Feed mills and seed companies use custom printed PP woven bags to differentiate products at the retail and distributor level. Full-colour printing with bilingual panels, nutritional tables, and lot-code areas meets CFIA labelling requirements while building brand recognition on farm-supply store shelves.
Concrete, morite, and stucco manufacturers print handling instructions, product specifications, and safety warnings directly on the bag. Solvent-based inks withstand outdoor jobsite conditions, and bold branded graphics ensure product identification even when bags are stacked on open pallets.
Co-packers and private-label producers need to switch between brand designs across short and medium production runs. Sackora maintains plate inventories for repeat customers, reducing turnaround time on reorders and enabling multiple SKU prints from a single substrate specification.

Custom woven polypropylene sacks from 5–50 kg. Food-grade, printed, and laminated options for every industry.

Learn More →UV-stabilized woven polypropylene sleeves and rolls for protecting wood products during storage and transport.
Learn More →Woven PP fabric has a textured surface that accepts ink well but limits fine detail — typical resolution is around 100 lines per inch, suitable for bold logos, text, and simple graphics. BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) laminate provides a smooth, glossy surface that supports up to 175 LPI resolution, allowing photographic-quality images, fine gradients, and detailed graphics. BOPP laminated bags cost more but deliver significantly better shelf appeal for retail-facing products.
Yes. We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for spot-colour accuracy. Provide your PMS codes with your artwork and we will match them precisely. For existing packaging where PMS codes are unavailable, we can colour-match from a physical sample. Colour consistency is maintained across production runs through ink formulation records stored on file.
We accept files at any stage. Print-ready vector artwork (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF) is ideal and moves directly to plate production. If you have only a logo file or rough layout, our pre-press team will prepare the full artwork, set up colour separations, and send a digital proof for approval before plates are cut. There is no additional charge for standard artwork preparation.
Yes, when specified as food-grade. We use water-based ink systems that comply with CFIA and FDA requirements for food-contact packaging. The ink is applied to the outer surface of the bag and does not contact the product directly. For applications requiring additional safety, food-grade PE liners or BOPP lamination provide a complete barrier between printed surfaces and bag contents.
From approved artwork to finished plates typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Plates are manufactured from photopolymer and are stored at our facility for reuse on future orders at no additional cost. Rush plate production is available when needed, with turnaround as fast as 3 business days depending on complexity.
