Yes. Custom sizing is independent of all other bag features. You can specify any combination of printing (up to 6 colours), PE or BOPP lamination, liners, closure methods, and fabric weights on any custom dimension. There are no restrictions on features based on bag size.
A gusset is a fold sewn into the side or bottom of the bag that allows it to expand into a rectangular or block shape when filled. Side gussets create a wider bag that stands upright and palletizes in a brick pattern. Bottom gussets create a flat, stable base. You need a gusset when your pallet pattern requires bags to fill a rectangular footprint or when the product needs a self-standing package for retail display.
Standard manufacturing tolerance is plus or minus 5mm on width and plus or minus 10mm on length. These tolerances are consistent with woven polypropylene industry standards and are accounted for in filling equipment design.
