Sawmills and lumber operations that cut multiple dimensions throughout the day cannot stock a different sleeve size for every bundle profile. Flat rolls let operators pull and cut exactly the length needed for each bundle, wrapping it manually or with equipment. One roll covers every size — no inventory of pre-sized sleeves required.
Not every application needs full wrap-around coverage. Flat sheets are used as top covers over palletized loads, as rain sheets draped over outdoor inventory, and as separator layers between stacked bundles. They are secured with strapping, staples, or weights as the application requires.
Beyond lumber, flat roll woven polypropylene serves as a durable, UV-resistant covering material for construction sites, agricultural applications, and industrial storage. Use it to protect equipment, cover material stockpiles, or line containment areas where a tough, weather-resistant fabric is needed.

Learn More →Use flat rolls when your bundle sizes vary frequently, when you need general-purpose covering or sheeting, or when you prefer to cut wrap to length on-site. Tubular sleeves are more efficient when you run consistent bundle sizes at high volume and need full 360-degree enclosure.
Operators pull the desired length from the roll, cut it, and wrap it around the bundle manually or with a wrapping machine. The wrap is secured with steel or plastic strapping that bands the bundle. For top-cover applications, the sheet is simply draped over the load and held in place with strapping or weights.
Yes. Flat rolls are compatible with horizontal and orbital wrapping machines commonly used in sawmills and packaging lines. The roll mounts on a standard spindle and feeds through the wrapping station. Contact us with your equipment specifications and we will confirm the right roll dimensions.
Our standard range goes up to 120cm wide. Wider rolls may be available depending on production scheduling and loom capacity. Contact us with your width requirements and we will confirm what we can supply.
