Heavy-duty breathable wrap for round-bale stacks, square bales, and silage — supplied in rolls and cut to length on site. Woven polypropylene lets hay release moisture instead of trapping condensation, preventing the spoilage and mold that ruins feed value under sealed plastic.

Roll out and cut wrap to cover stacked round bales in the field or farmyard through fall and winter. The breathable weave prevents the top-spoilage and core rot that sealed plastic causes, keeping the outer bales dry and the whole stack feed-ready. Leave overhang when cutting so the cover can be anchored against wind.
Cut lengths from the roll to protect silage piles and bunker faces from rain infiltration while allowing the controlled gas exchange that sealed films block. Heavy-duty fabric weight withstands wind lift and the foot traffic of pile management. Cut to your bunker length on site.
Cover stacked square bales and baled straw stored outdoors. The same UV-stabilized woven PP rolls out fast over long runs of stacked bales, and the breathable fabric keeps the hay dry without the trapped condensation that ruins feed under cheap poly tarps.

Learn More →A regular poly or PE tarp seals moisture against the bales. Hay continues to release moisture after baling, and when that moisture has nowhere to go it condenses under the tarp — creating the warm, humid conditions that breed mold and rot. A breathable woven PP hay tarp blocks rain and UV from above while letting the bales release moisture through the weave. The result is dry, mold-free hay that holds its feed value. This is the single biggest reason operations switch from poly tarps to woven PP.
We supply hay tarp in rolls with a center core. Operators roll out and cut the length needed to cover each stack on site, which lets one roll cover stacks of any length without ordering pre-sized covers. Choose the roll width that suits your bale and stack configuration, and we cut the roll to your required total length.
Our hay tarp is UV-stabilized for 500–800 hours of accelerated weathering, which translates to roughly 6–9 months of continuous outdoor exposure depending on latitude and sun intensity. That covers a full storage season in Canadian and northern US conditions. For multi-season use or southern latitudes, ask about our enhanced UV package.
Cut the length with enough overhang to drape down the sides of the stack, then anchor with straps, ropes tied to ground anchors, or ballast such as weighted tubes or tires along the edges. The heavy-duty fabric weight also resists wind lift better than lightweight poly tarps. Tell us your exposure conditions and we will recommend the right fabric weight and roll width.
