Our spice bags use multi-layer lamination — typically a BOPP outer layer bonded to a PE inner layer — that creates a sealed barrier against oxygen, moisture, and volatile compound migration. When combined with our heat-seal closure, the bag forms an airtight package that locks in the essential oils responsible for aroma and flavour. For maximum protection, we offer an optional aluminium foil barrier layer.
Yes. We produce spice bags from 1 kg through 25 kg to cover the full range of retail, foodservice, and wholesale distribution channels. Small-format bags can include consumer-friendly features like zip-lock reclosable openings, tear notches, and hang-hole punches for pegboard display.
Absolutely. Our laminated construction prevents fine powder from sifting through the fabric, making it ideal for ground turmeric, chili powder, cumin, and similar products. For whole spices like peppercorns, cardamom pods, and cinnamon sticks, the woven structure provides excellent puncture resistance against sharp or angular product shapes.
We do. A significant portion of our spice bag production serves importers and distributors in the South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Caribbean food channels across the GTA, Metro Vancouver, and Montreal. We support multilingual printing, custom sizes aligned to import container quantities, and the specific brand aesthetics these markets require.
