Founder, Sackora — 20+ years of specialist expertise in woven polypropylene packaging procurement and logistics.

Roman Fainshtein founded Sackora as a Canadian corporation in 2007. He brings over 20 years of specialist expertise in woven polypropylene packaging — covering mill sourcing across Asia, specification for FIBC and PP woven applications, documentation and compliance support for food-contact and UN-rated bags, and end-to-end logistics for container-scale orders into Canadian and US destinations.
Roman's day-to-day work involves spec reviews for industrial buyers: evaluating fabric weight against bag contents and handling, matching UV package to yard dwell, deciding between laminated and unlaminated wrap for mixed kiln-dried and green lumber fleets, and sourcing the right mill documentation for a given buyer's compliance audit.
Before founding Sackora, Roman spent more than a decade working across international industrial packaging sourcing and logistics — building the direct mill relationships and procurement discipline that Sackora's buyers now rely on.
Roman works directly with buyers on specification reviews and sourcing plans. For a spec consultation on an export lane, a new application, or a mixed-fleet sourcing problem, he can be reached at roman@sackora.com.
