Standard Configurations

Off-the-shelf 90 × 90 × 110 cm (35 × 35 × 43 in) duffle-top FIBCs in two discharge configurations — both ship with a Certificate of Conformance and lot-level traceability. Custom configurations (baffle, conductive, ventilated, food-grade, UN-rated) are engineered to your specification.

Duffle Top / Flat Bottom

The most versatile FIBC configuration. The duffle-top fill skirt closes around your spout for dust control during filling; the flat sealed bottom maximizes stack stability for transport and storage. Discharge by inversion or cutting. Standard choice for aggregates, single-trip export shipments, and any operation where bags are emptied and discarded.

Duffle Top / Spout Bottom

For metered, gravity-fed discharge into hoppers, mixers, or processing equipment. The discharge spout (35–45 cm (14–18 in) diameter) is tied during transport and opened on demand for controlled material release. Standard configuration for chemical, food, and mineral processing operations that require dust containment and dispensing accuracy.

Do you supply food-grade and UN-rated FIBCs?
Yes. Food-grade FIBCs are manufactured from virgin polypropylene in FSSC 22000 certified facilities, with PE liners as standard. UN-certified FIBCs are tested and marked to international dangerous-goods regulations. Both ship with full Certificates of Conformance and lot-level traceability.
What are your typical lead times?
Standard duffle-top configurations typically ship within a few business days of order confirmation when stock is on hand. Custom configurations — printed, conductive, baffle, food-grade, or UN-rated — are produced to order with lead times of 4–10 weeks depending on the spec. Firm dates are always confirmed at quote stage so you can plan your operation.
What are your minimum order quantities?
None on stock items — order one bag if that's what you need, or scale up to a full container load. MOQs apply to custom configurations: printed, conductive (Type C / Type D), baffle, food-grade with PE liner, and UN-rated FIBCs typically start at 1,000–5,000 bags depending on the spec. Contact us with your volume and we'll confirm both production minimum and pricing at quote stage.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. USMCA-compliant documentation and customs brokerage are handled in-house. Established freight lanes to all major US regions; transit time is confirmed with each quote.
